This notice covers this website only, which is published by MYHELIX HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGIES LLP. It does not describe the MyHELIX apps. The apps are a separate service and are not covered here.

What this website collects from you

Nothing directly. This website has no accounts, no sign-up, no forms and no comments. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no scripts, fonts or images from other companies.

Server logs

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records basic technical details of each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser's user-agent text. Our hosting provider keeps these logs to deliver and secure the site. We do not use them to identify visitors or to build profiles.

If you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in your message. We use them to read and reply to you. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising. Our email provider processes the message on our behalf. Please do not include medical information.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you from your correspondence, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@myhelix.cloud. We will handle requests as required by applicable Indian law.
